These Terms govern the use of services provided by Pranam HVAC Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Services

We provide:

HVAC Installation
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Preventive Maintenance
Breakdown Services
HVAC Repairs
Spare Parts Supply
Retrofit & Replacement Projects
Commissioning Services

Quotations

All quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payments shall be made as per the agreed payment terms mentioned in the Purchase Order or quotation.

Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Warranty

Warranty is applicable only as mentioned in the quotation or OEM policy.

Warranty does not cover:

Improper usage
Electrical fluctuations
Fire, flood, or natural disasters
Unauthorized repairs
Physical damage

AMC Conditions

Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC coverage shall be governed by the signed AMC agreement.

Services excluded from the AMC will be chargeable.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers shall:

Provide safe access to equipment.

Ensure uninterrupted electrical supply.

Obtain required work permits.

Maintain a safe working environment.

Limitation of Liability

Pranam HVAC Engineering Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
